The Customer Care Department is committed to caring for both you and your home after the sale. We take our name seriously and make every attempt to ensure that your ownership experience is as pleasant as your purchase experience.
We allow for a minimum of 3 opportunities to address warrantable concerns during your first year of homeownership. Our first chance to serve you is during your New Home Orientation. It is our time to get to know you, and for you to familiarize yourself with your new home and its features. We are proud of your new home and can’t wait to present it to you! We enjoy these orientations almost as much as you will.
At the 30 day mark we ask you to send us a list of items you would like us to address. We do the same thing at your 1 year anniversary. These are the times when you can make us aware of any items you have found and would like us to address. Take these opportunities to “pick the brains” of our Customer Care Specialists. They are trained in basic home repair and are full of helpful hints for home maintenance.
