We at Tricord Homes realize that time is one of your most valuable commodities; in an effort to help you save some of that time we are providing you with the opportunity to send us your 1 year list via email, fax or regular mail. Fill out the form below and click on submit. Please fill out this form completely and return it to us at least 2 weeks prior to your 1 year anniversary. Once we have received your list, our Customer Care Coordinator will contact you to set up an appointment to address your items. It is important that you supply us with daytime phone numbers.
As you complete the list please refer to the 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty Booklet (provided to you at your Homeowner Orientation) for page numbers and descriptions of what is covered. This book will provide you with industry standards on what constitutes a deficiency and what is considered normal homeowner maintenance. Please give us a brief description of each item as well as the page numbers from this book in the columns provided.
